WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE

Prenatal

Three prenatal visits focused on getting you and your partner(s) ready for birth and parenthood.
Talk though your hopes and fears, the options and decisions you’ll have during birth, what support you’d like, and how you’ll recover postpartum.
Chat through phone, email, or text for any questions or concerns leading up to the birth. We’ll find the answers together!
Birth

Physical and emotional support as you labor and give birth to your baby.
Comfort techniques that you prefer, like massage, positioning, breathing, and relaxation.
Support and advocacy for your values and wishes with your care team.
Encouragement for your partner(s) so they feel empowered to help you through the process of birth.
Postpartum

Three postpartum visits focused on your emotional and physical well-being.
Help with feeding, newborn care, and adjusting to life at home with a new baby.
Connection to other resources like lactation support, mental health, and parent support groups.
Companionship as you process your birth and tell your story.

Birth Doula Package - $1,200
(can be broken into several smaller payments)
